Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay return shipping costs when the return results from our error, such as an incorrect or defective item.
Refund processing time includes return transit, our inspection and processing, and your bank’s processing time. In many cases, refunds are completed sooner than four weeks.
To request a return, contact us with your order number and details about the product. We will respond with return instructions. Firearms, ammunition, NFA items, clearance merchandise, special-order products, and other regulated or restricted items may be subject to additional limitations or may not be returnable.
Shipping
We ship to eligible addresses within the United States. Product and destination restrictions apply, particularly to firearms, ammunition, magazines, NFA items, and other regulated products. Customers are responsible for confirming that a product is legal in their jurisdiction. Firearms must be shipped to an eligible Federal Firearms License holder when required.
Available shipping services are shown during checkout. Delivery is considered complete when the carrier records the shipment as delivered. Customers who want added delivery protection should select a signature-required option when available.
