This follower helps to solve nose-diving issues associated with ARC Mag, allowing increased reliability use, particularly for shorter cartridges such as the 6mm Dasher. The ARC mag has been improved and is now a more viable option for competition shooters! NEW FOR OCT. 2020: These are now MJF rather than SLA manufactured, and from a more durable, and all around better nylon alloy.
*We have had some testers report last round feeding issues. These most often occurred with a Surgeon action. The majority of users experience success with this follower, but feeding is often a case by case basis, and you may need to bend feed lips, etc for perfect function with your rifle.
There are more factors than the follower that can impact proper feeding!
Easy to install, so far no binding like the factory ARC follower, shooting first match with them this weekend. I did cycle twenty rounds through the action and everything fed properly. Slope is good and holds rounds centered. Giving it 4.5 stars, the follower top feels slightly course loading that first round, not hurting anything but it's not silky smooth either. I do recommend it and would purchase again.
